No. You can create and download invoices as a guest — we link them to your browser instead of an identity. Creating a free account lets you sync invoices across devices and keeps them safe if you clear your cookies.
Guest invoices are tied to a cookie in your browser. If you clear your cookies or switch devices, you'll lose access to them. If you sign up later, you'll be offered the option to link any existing guest invoices to your new account.
Yes. Every invoice can be downloaded as a print-ready PDF, and you can also email it directly to your client from the app.
Yes. You can upload your company logo, rename any field label (like "Bill To" or "Due Date"), and bill in any of over 100 currencies.
Yes. Open any invoice from your Invoice History to edit it, or delete it entirely. You can also mark invoices as paid or unpaid at any time.
Every invoice includes a scannable QR code linking to a public verification page showing the invoice number, amount, parties, and payment status — so your client can confirm the invoice is genuine and unaltered.
No. We don't process payments or hold funds — we're an invoice generator, not a payment processor. You collect payment directly from your client using whatever method you already use.
