Terms of Service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Create Invoice Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Create Invoice Pro is a free tool for creating, customizing, downloading (as PDF), and emailing invoices, and for keeping a history of invoices you create. The Service does not process payments, hold funds, or act as a party to any transaction between you and your clients.

3. Free Service

The Service is currently provided free of charge, supported by advertising. We do not guarantee it will remain free indefinitely, but you will be notified of any material change to pricing before it applies to you.

4. Guest Use and Accounts

You may use the Service without creating an account. In that case, your invoices are linked to your browser via a cookie rather than to an identity — if you clear your cookies, switch browsers or devices, you will lose access to those invoices. Creating a free account lets you sync and access invoices from anywhere, and lets you link previously created guest invoices to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create fraudulent, deceptive, or fictitious invoices intended to mislead any person or entity
  • Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party
  • Upload malicious files, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, resell, or systematically extract content from the Service without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

6. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the invoice content, logos, and business information you enter into the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service — for example, to render your PDF or email an invoice to a recipient you specify. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content; we do not verify or endorse the contents of any invoice.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for functionality such as outbound email delivery and advertising (Google AdSense). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

8. Service Availability; No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — we recommend downloading and keeping your own copies of important invoices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Create Invoice Pro and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account via our contact page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Contact Us

Questions about these Terms? Contact us or email support@CreateInvoicePro.com.

These Terms describe the Service's actual functionality as of the date above. They are provided as a good-faith summary and are not a substitute for legal advice — if you operate this Service commercially, have them reviewed by qualified counsel for your jurisdiction.
